Well Where indeed do you start? I couldn't have told you that before I got married because I didn't know what I was missing until I had been introduced - I have have enjoyed cooking for many years now and without the distraction of a TV I can easily spend an hour cooking of an evening after work. After my wedding we received many fabulous gifts mostly kitchen orientated, and I can tell you they have not disappointed.
One of the key Ingredients to enjoyable cooking is having the right gear. Pots, Pans, Knives chopping boards, measuring jugs etc. the list goes on......But one thing to avoid is too many gadgets!
